The Simson extractor incorporates two parallel pairs of drawing bolts. The inner draw bolts pull or press, whereas the outer bolts ensure that the puller will maintain a firm grip and will not damage the workpiece.

This straightening kit is eminently well suited for applications demanding safety combined with high capacity, and is provided with both long and short extensions. The kit is widely used in applications such as the welding engineering industry, heavy plate work, and for aligning frame structures.

Disc extractor

Simson disc extractor represents a new way of thinking and provides a perfect solution to problems in many maintenance jobs.

• Can be used in different jobs attached to, for example, conveyor drive gear boxes, couplings, pulleys, fan wheels, driving gears.
• Press power of 23 tons available in any position.
• The main idea is to place the pulling or pressing force as close as possible to the shaft resulting in less power needed.
• Consists of 2 discs, spindel M24, attaching bolts M 16x55 and Simson jack 2325 HG (25 mm stroke). Can also be equipped with Simson 2175 HG (75 mm stroke).
